Downing Street has revealed details of the meal served to Nato leaders at Cardiff Castle on Thursday night.
The menu, overseen by celebrity chef Stephen Terry, included:
- Smoked salmon, from the Black Mountain Smokery & Cardigan Bay crab
- Roast saddle of Brecon Beacon lamb, Welsh new potatoes, Heirloom tomato and Wye Valley asparagus
- A jar of Welsh fruit summer pudding and Neal Yard’s Creamery crème fraiche
