Lee Hollender, 39, first smashed the front window of the store in Prestatyn with a breeze block in August.

Once inside he shattered cabinets with a hammer and loaded the contents into the bin.

Hollender, a father-of-eight of Chinley Grove, Birmingham, who’d been on a caravan holiday, was caught after he’d cut himself in the store and his blood identified him.

Magistrates at Llandudno had granted bail after he pleaded guilty to burglary, and sent him to the crown court for sentence. When he failed to arrive at Caernarfon court today a warrant was issued.
