Two teenage pedestrians have been injured in what Police are calling a serious road traffic collision in Bridgend.
The incident, which happened at around 4pm this afternoon, involved a blue Dacia Sandero vehicle mounting an offside curb ion the A4106 Tythegston Road and colliding with two 19-year-old men.
One of the men was flown by air ambulance to the University Hospital of Wales where his condition is described as critical and the second man is receiving treatment for less serious injuries at the Princess of Wales Hospital in Bridgend.
The road is currently closed to allow investigation work and recovery to be completed.
South Wales Police are appealing for any witnesses to the incident to contact them.
