A walker with a suspected broken leg was rescued from a mountain in Snowdonia on Saturday afternoon.

The 37-year-old slipped on a rock on Cwm Idwal, just 100 yards above the main A5 road.

Ten mountain rescue workers attended the scene and the walker was carried off the mountain before being taken to hospital in Bangor by ambulance.
