Synchronised will be paraded through the Gloucestershire village of Temple Guiting this morning after winning the big race at Cheltenham Festival yesterday.
Speaking after the race, Jonjo O'Neill, Synchronised's trainer, said:
"It's brilliant for everyone. It's magic. This is a big team effort and everybody was involved."
Staff from O'Neill's stables at Jackdaws Castle watched the race in their local pub, The Plough in Ford.
"There was a brilliant atmosphere," said landlord Craig Brown. "They were all jumping up on the tables and cheering."
Crowd favourite and former two times winner Kauto Star was pulled up during the race to the disappointment of punters who still acknowledged his greatness with a round of applause.
More than 230,000 excited punters travelled from far and wide to Cheltenham for the four days of race action – the biggest attendance ever seen at the showpiece National Hunt event.
