Did dinosaurs grow old gracefully?

The research is partly based on investigations into remains found in a clay pit in Westbury in Wiltshire. The jawbone of the 8 metre long sea creature, known as a pliosaur showed it had clear signs of arthritis. Now researchers from Bristol University's School of Earth Sciences have found that it must have lived with the bone disease for some time. We interviewed Dr Judyth Sassoon from Bristol University.
