Zara Phillips rode the entire length of the finishing straight at Cheltenham last night [Wednesday] to mark the end of day five of the Olympic torch relay.

From the stage at Cheltenham Racecourse, The Queen's granddaughter, who is married to former England rugby captain Mike Tindall, told the screaming audience: "It was unbelievable actually, I'm shaking.

It was an unbelievable experience and I am massively honoured for doing it.

The Olympic Torch has now left Gloucester on its last day in the region.

Last night the Queen's granddaughter Zara Philips brought the flame to Cheltenham on horseback before lighting the cauldron in front of a huge crowd.
