Bristol City had a comfortable win over local rivals Bristol Rovers at Ashton Gate today.
It was the first meeting between the two sides for five years.
In front of a crowd of 8,713, the home team scored three times without reply.
The pre-season friendly was played as a testimonial match for City's long-serving defender Louis Carey, who has made over 600 appearances for The Robins in a 17 year career.
Winger Martyn Woolford gave Derek McInnes' side the lead in the 22nd minute.
Substitute Albert Adomah doubled the advantage eleven minutes from time, and he turned provider for midfielder Stephen Pearson to seal the win six minutes later.
The 1,400 Rovers fans in the crowd would have been disappointed with their team's performance. City's new goalkeeper Tom Heaton didn't have to make a save all afternoon.
