Hundreds watch Jurassic Park among dinosaurs at Bristol Zoo
Hundreds of people made the most of Saturday's glorious weather and attended two open-air screenings of Jurassic Park at Bristol Zoo.
Among the crowds enjoying the Steven Spielberg film were 12 prehistoric creatures.
The large moving, roaring and water-spraying dinosaurs are part of DinoZoo; a new addition to the zoo which helped add atmosphere to the adventure thriller for the film fans.
A giant tyrannosaurus rex, allosaurus, ornithomimus and the long-necked brachiosaurus were fully operational throughout the duration of the film.
Guests were encouraged to bring fold-away chairs and rugs.
– Daniel Williams, film fanIt's such a fantastic idea. I'm a huge fan of the film so getting to watch it while being surrounded by the realistic dinosaurs really set the scene.
There were two screenings of the film; the earlier showing at 1730 and a later showing at 2030.
