- CHAMPIONSHIP
WATFORD 2 - 2 BRISTOL CITY
Bristol City had to equalise twice to earn a point at Watford this afternoon.
After a goal-less first half, Watford took the lead on the hour mark when City's James Wilson put the ball into his own net. Marvin Elliott's header restored parity just four minutes later.
The home side regained the lead through Matej Vydra, but seven minutes from time substitute Steven Davies rescued a point with his first goal for City.
- LEAGUE ONE
SWINDON TOWN 4 - 0 BOURNEMOUTH
Swindon won their second game of the week as they comfortably beat Bournemouth at the County Ground.
Matt Ritchie opened the scoring in the 12th minute, cutting inside before firing an unstoppable left-footed shot into the back of the net.
Andy Williams' header doubled Town's lead, before Ritchie grabbed his second goal of the day from a free-kick.
Williams almost had a second goal of his own, but saw his shot strike a post.
Substitute Adam Rooney wrapped up the points five minutes from time, turning in Jay McEveley’s low cross at the near post.
YEOVIL TOWN 0 - 1 SHEFFIELD UNITED
Yeovil Town lost for the fourth successive match after going down 1-0 at home to Sheffield United.
Neill Collins scored the only goal of the game ten minutes into the second half - heading in Paul Gallacher's corner.
Yeovil tried to find a way back into the game. Dominic Blizzard went close with a cross-shot and Jamie McAllister, back in the side after suspension, saw his free-kick fly wide.
- LEAGUE TWO
BRISTOL ROVERS 0 - 0 FLEETWOOD TOWN
Bristol Rovers are still looking for their first win of the season after drawing nil-nil with Fleetwood.
The Pirates had the better chances in the game, but lacked the killer instinct in front of goal.
Fleetwood's Scott Davies was in fine form between the sticks, keeping out efforts from David Clarkson and Ollie Norburn. Fabian Broghammer also went close for Mark McGhee's men.
YORK CITY 0 - 0 CHELTENHAM TOWN
Cheltenham picked up a point in a goal-less draw at York.
Shaun Harrad had a shot saved by York's Michael Ingham in the first half, and substitute Kaid Mohamed hit the bar late on.
