Inquest into seaside death death resumes
The inquest will resume today [Thursday] into how a four-year-old boy died while visiting the Somerset seaside with his family.
Dylan Cecil was on holiday to see his grandparents when he fell into the water at Burnham-on-Sea on in August last year.
He was said to have been trying to get a closer look at the sea when the incident happened.
The youngster, from Northamptonshire, disappeared from view while members of his family were enjoying a day on the coast.
His parents, Rachel McCollum and Darren Cecil, attempted to save their son, while emergency services quickly launched a search and rescue operation.
His body was found by a member of the public four days later - less than half a mile away from where he was last seen - at a nearby sailing club.
More than 400 people joined Dylan's parents at St Andrew's Church in Burnham-on-Sea to remember Dylan during a memorial service, while a minute's silence was also held for people to pay their respects near to where Dylan was last seen alive.
