A high flyer at aircraft manufacturer Airbus in Bristol, but right now, the England netball captain is looking for lift-off on court with Bath.

Team Bath are pulling together for the final push.

Their on the brink of reinstating their supremacy over the English game, after making it through to yet another Super League final, against Celtic Dragons.

And it's no coincidence that Bath's resurgence has coincided with Cookey's return to the team after a season away.

Team Bath began the season as fim favourites and a reshaped team started well - lifting the first cup trophy to come their way.

Cookey and a core of Bath players then led England to an historic series win over Australia at the start of the year and that imputus wasn't lost.

That they're now on the cusp of reclaiming the super league crown for a fifth time is a testiment to Cookey's enduring talent and Bath's formula for success.

Together, Pamela cookey and Bath are building an netball dynasty, unlikley to be rivalled or matched for a long time.
