The grieving family of an NHS worker stabbed to death at a psychiatric hospital has paid tribute to her, saying she was "nothing less than one in a million."
It comes as a 61 year old man has been charged with her murder.
Health care assistant Sharon Wall, 53, died after being attacked during an incident at Wotton Lawn Hospital in Gloucester on July 9.
Gloucestershire Police said Ryan Matthews, of Horton Road in Gloucester, has been charged with her murder and will appear before magistrates in Cheltenham tomorrow.
Matthews was arrested shortly after the incident at an inpatient unit at the hospital.
Ms Wall, from the Tuffley area of the city, was attended to by fellow clinicians before being taken to Gloucestershire Royal Hospital.
She died from her injuries an hour after being stabbed.

"We would like to thank everyone for their support and such kind words that have been said about Sharon.
"She was nothing less than one in a million and to say that she will be missed is an understatement.
"We would ask for people to respect our privacy and allow us to grieve for her at this difficult time."
Police are continuing to investigate the incident and have appealed for anyone with information to contact them.
Health Secretary Jeremy Hunt said: "The events in Gloucestershire are devastating and our thoughts are with the family, friends and colleagues of the staff member involved."
