Six female elk have been stolen from a farm in Somerset, possibly for their meat.

Seven elk have been stolen from a farm in Somerset, possibly for their meat.
Farmer Paul Richards says thieves cut a hole in a fence at Woodentop Farm, near West Coker. He says it is lucky no-one was killed.
If his bison had escaped it could have ended in tragedy. It's the second time his farm has been raided in the past 18 months.
