Police have tonight charged a man over a crash on the M5 near Taunton which killed seven people and injured 51 others.
34 vehicles were involved in the pile up on November the 4th last year.
A 50-year old man from Somerset called Geoffrey Counsell, who organised a fireworks display at Taunton Rugby Club, next to the motorway, on the night of the crash, has been charged with seven counts of manslaughter. He's due to appear in court in Bristol on November 12th.
