Bristol's ice rink closes tonight after 46 years of business.
The Unite group, which owns the site, is planning to turn it into student accommodation.
When its closure was announced in January, thousands of people signed an online petition to save the rink and many protested outside the rink in the centre of the city to oppose the decision.
Its doors first opened to the public back in 1966. General Manager Eddie Pearson says it is a very sad day:
