Police have confirmed that a 63-year-old man from Oxfordshire was a victim of the M4 crash yesterday. The man was pronounced dead at the scene after two lorries collided into each other on the eastbound section of the M4 between junctions 21-20.

Long tailbacks are continuing on the M4 after a fatal accident near Bristol.
A lorry driver died in the collision which happened on the eastbound carriageway close to the Almondsbury Interchange near Bristol this morning.
Motorists are being advised to "avoid the area completely."

A section of the M4 near Bristol is likely to be closed for most of the day after one person died in a motorway crash.
The road was closed after the incident between junctions 21 and 20, near the Almondsbury Interchange.
The accident involved two lorries and a car.
Police say the road will be closed for a "significant" part of the day.
They are asking motorists to avoid the area and said the M49 should be used as an alternative.
Great Western Ambulance said the lorry driver was pronounced dead at the scene.
Jill Risdale from the Highways Agency said there were "long tailbacks" in the area.
She said motorists should "avoid the area completely at the moment".
Traffic is queuing back as far as the toll booths on the Welsh side of the Second Severn Crossing.

Avon and Somerset Police say one person has died in a multi-car pile-up on the M4 near Bristol.
The accident happened during the morning rush hour. All three lanes of the motorway are currently closed between junctions 21 and 20.
