Police are investigating alleged abuse by two Bristol care home staff on an elderly resident.
A Care Quality Commission spokesman said a new report into care at the home would be published later this month.
He said the body was aware of the on-going investigation at The Granary, and that it took the safety of residents extremely seriously.
A spokesman from Shaw Healthcare on behalf of the home said the allegation was being taken "extremely seriously".

A previous CQC inspection of The Granary highlighted some areas for improvement, but the care home owners say it is "unrelated to the current situation."

Police have arrested two North Somerset care home staff on suspicion of assaulting and neglecting an elderly resident. The men, who have not been named, were arrested by Avon and Somerset Police following a reported incident at The Granary in Lodge Lane, in Wraxall.
Both men have been bailed and suspended from their positions pending the investigation at the home.
