The leader of a Conservative run council in the West says he's "never known it so bad". He was speaking as staff come to terms with cuts that'll see up to 100 of them lose their jobs.
Swindon Borough Council says it's been forced into the move by a cut in Government funding.

Swindon Borough Council leaders, met last night to discuss how to save fifteen million pounds out of their one hundred and thirty million pound budget. Up to a hundred jobs will go as part of the plans.
The Council leader told us yesterday that this year has been increasingly 'challenging'.
Senior councillors in Swindon have agreed a budget that's slashed £15m from their £130m total spend.
It will include less support for the elderly and cutting its bus subsidy. It still has to be approved by full council at their meeting on 21st February.
The council has less funding from central Government and even more savings will have to be made next year.
