Stones to headline Glastonbury

The Rolling Stones have been confirmed as the headline act for this summer's Glastonbury Festival in Somerset.

Stones one of 190 confirmed acts to play Glastonbury

Along with the Rolling Stones other headline acts include Mumford and Sons and the Arctic Monkeys. This year's Glastonbury is already a sell-out, with around 135,000 tickets going in the space of less than two hours.

Sir Mick 'can't wait to play Glastonbury'

Sir Mick Jagger has said he can't wait to play Glastonbury after the Rolling Stones were confirmed as headliners for this summer's Festival. It'll be the first time the Stones have played at Worthy Farm in Somerset but Mick says he already has his wellies and his yurt.

After months of rumours, The Rolling Stones have finally been confirmed as headliners for this summer's Glastonbury Festival. Also headlining on the Pyramid Stage are Mumford & Sons and Arctic Monkeys.

Primal Scream, Nick Cave And The Bad Seeds and Elvis Costello are also among the big names with chart acts such as Professor Green and Dizzee Rascal.

The festival runs from 28 to 30 June at Worthy Farm in Pilton.
