Brentford will play Yeovil in the final on May 19th, with the winners promoted to the Championship.

Town were trailing 3-2 (4-3 on agg) with just seconds remaining. But Aden Flint's unstoppable header in the fifth minute of stoppage time means there will be an extra 30 minutes at Griffin Park.
Swindon Town were denied a first leg victory in their League One play-off semi-final with Brentford after conceding an injury time penalty.
Massimo Luongo had given Town the lead from the edge of the area twenty minutes from time.
But Luongo went from hero to villain when he brought down Harry Forrester in the box in the third minute of added time, and Kevin O'Connor made no mistake from the spot.
