Organisers of this year's North Somerset Show say they're delighted by the turnout.
The annual Bank Holiday event was almost a washout last year.
But as Karen Griggs reports, this year it was a case of the crowds pouring in rather than the clouds pouring down:
Thousands are expected to attend the 154th North Somerset Agricultural Show today.
Held at Bathing Pond Fields in Wraxall, visitors can enjoy horse jumping and cattle competitions, as well as taste all the local produce the food hall has to offer.
Gates open at eight-thirty.
