Air Tattoo launch

It's the launch of this summer's Royal International Air Tattoo at RAF Fairford in Gloucester. Test pilots past and present will be flying in from the Empire Test Pilot School in Wiltshire as the event prepares to celebrate its 70th anniversary.

Bikes, jet planes and fine weather hopes for Fairford

It was two wheels versus two wings at the preview of this years Royal International Air Tattoo at Fairford, as a mountain bike stunt rider performed in front of a supersonic jet.

The organisers say they are keeping their fingers crossed for good weather as the last couple of years have been blighted by rain. Ken Goodwin reports on what the show has in store.
