A Cheltenham man is attempting to become the first person to swim one thousand miles from Land's End to John O'Groats. Sean Conway will swim a course along the coast of England, Wales and Scotland.
He has been building up his endurance for the charity swim by practicing in pools. He sets off from Sennen Cove Harbour in Cornwall on Sunday.
