The mother of three girls from Somerset says they're lucky to be alive after being rescued from strong currents off Burnham-on-Sea.

The girls - aged 11, 12 and 13 - were swept away by the incoming tide after going for a swim near the Pavillion on Saturday. Less than a year ago, a four-year-old boy drowned after falling into the water close by.
