Postal workers in Weston-super-Mare will be meeting this morning to decide their next move in their long running dispute with Royal Mail.
They have already taken two days of strike action earlier this year, about the length of delivery rounds and disciplinary action that has been threatened against a number of workers.
David Wilshire from the Communication Workers Union in the West Country spoke to ITV News West Country:
Postal workers in Weston-super-Mare have agreed to go on strike for the first time in 20 years.
Staff said it was over cuts and being asked to cover sickness and absenteeism.
On Tuesday morning, members of the Communication Workers Union said they would stage a series of one day strikes beginning in August.
