Neighbour hears thuds and screams

At the inquest into the deaths of a father and his two sons in Wiltshire last September has heard from their neighbour.

Sarah Dodman lived in the flat next door to Graham Anderson and his sons, 11 year old Jack and three year old Bryn in Tidworth.

Ms Dodman told the inquest she was awoken by a loud thud on the other side of the wall.

I heard the older brother screaming. The little boy began screaming also.

I heard little bangs on the wall as if the older boy was flailing about.

My stomach clenched and I thought that's not right.

The older boy started screaming louder, screaming 'what are you doing to me, what are you doing to me?'

I heard a lower voice which I thought was the father. I thought he was calming him down.

The entire time the little boy was just screaming, screaming, screaming.

Father was 'devoted' to his sons

A social worker has been giving evidence at the inquest into the deaths of Graham Anderson and his sons, 11 year old Jack and Bryn who was three.

The boys and their father were found dead at a flat in Tidworth in September last year.

Their social worker, Jaz Bains, told the inquest that the boys' mother, Victoria Jones, was binge drinking and engaged in relationships that were not 'child-centred'.

Ms Jones was separated from the boy's father at the time.

He was totally devoted to the children.

He didn't want to step back from having responsibility to be their carer.
