A man has appeared in court charged with the murder of a graduate whose body was found in a burning car in Somerset.
Tadevsz Dmytryszyn, 38, is the third person to be jointly charged with killing 23-year-old Catherine Wells-Burr. Rebecca Broxton was at the hearing at Bristol Magistrates Court.
Third person remanded in custody over body in burning car
A man has appeared in court charged with the murder of a young graduate whose body was found inside a burning car.
Tadevsz Dmytryszyn, 38, is charged with the murder of Catherine Wells-Burr, 23, whose remains were discovered beside the A358 near Ilminster, Somerset, in September.
The Polish national spoke only to confirm his name and address during a hearing at Bristol Magistrates Court.
Bald Dmytryszyn, of Holway Avenue, Taunton, Somerset, spoke through an interpreter in the dock and was dressed in a navy hoodie and navy trousers.
He was charged with murdering Catherine Wells-Burr, together with her boyfriend Rafal Novak, 31, and Novak's ex-girlfriend Anna Julia Lagwinowicz, 32, at Ashill, Somerset, between September 9 and September 13 this year.
Catherine died an "unnatural death" before her body was found burned in her red Ford Focus car at 6.10am on September 12.
No application for bail was made and Dymtryszyn was remanded in custody to appear at Bristol Crown Court on November 29.

Yesterday Catherine's 31-year-old boyfriend Rafal Nowak appeared in court charged with conspiracy to murder her. He's been remanded in custody. A 38-year-old man arrested in connection with the murder has been released on bail.
Police believe Catherine was killed elsewhere
Police investigating the death of Catherine Wells-Burr whose body was found in a burnt-out car in Ashill in Somerset believe she was killed elsewhere.
They're appealing for information about her red car, possibly being followed by another vehicle.
The development emerged as her boyfriend became the second person to appear in court charged with conspiracy to murder.

They want to speak to motorists who may have information about the death of Catherine Wells-Burr. People travelling along the A358 will be asked to cast their minds back to Wednesday [12th] when Miss Wells-Burr's body was found.
The officer leading the investigation is keen to hear from anyone who may have been in the area at the time - in particular anyone who saw a red Ford Focus 5 door hatch back in company with another vehicle.
Today, Catherine's 31-year-old boyfriend Rafal Nowak will appear in court charged with conspiracy to murder her. Mr Nowak's former partner was in court yesterday to face the same charge.
