Two men have been taken to hospital after an attack in Cheltenham on Thursday evening.
Police were called at 6.45pm to reports of a man assaulting three people near TGI Fridays on Gloucester Road.
One man suffered a suspected dislocated shoulder while a second had face and head injuries. A third man also had injuries to his face but did not need to go to hospital.
Officers arrested a 27 year old man from Gloucester on suspicion of assault and are appealing for anyone who was in the area at the time and may have dash cam footage of the attack to come forward.

Detectives investigating an alleged assault on Portland are renewing their appeal for anyone with information to come forward as they are looking for a possible injured person.
At 4.40am on Saturday July 22, Dorset Police received a report that several people entered an address on Fortuneswell which contained a number of men and threatened some of them with a knife.
A fight ensued during which it appears someone was injured.
The people then left the address, however it is unclear at this time if anything was taken from the property.
Officers, including armed officers and a dog unit, attended and searched the area.
Despite our search and further enquiries we are yet to find the injured person.
The inspection of the scene led us to believe that one of the people involved may be seriously injured. We are very concerned about this person and need to ensure they get the necessary medical help.
Anyone who knows of this injured person’s whereabouts should contact us urgently to enable us to help.
A 43-year-old man, a 36-year-old man and a 29-year-old woman, all from the Weymouth area, and a 17-year-old boy of no fixed abode, were arrested on suspicion of assault and have been released under investigation.
Avon and Somerset Police are investigating a disorder in Bristol in which two men were injured.
Officers were called to Park Street at around 4.15am on July 22 after two men, aged 23 and 18, were assaulted with what is believed to have been a glass bottle.

A 21-year-old woman suffered stab wounds to the chest and groin in a serious assault in Longlevens in the early hours.
An 18-year-old woman from Cheltenham has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder in connection with the attack, which also saw another woman, also 21, suffer a less serious cut to the arm.
The incident happened at a house in Meadowleaze shortly before 1.45am today (Saturday 8 October).
The more seriously injured victim remains in Gloucestershire Royal Hospital today.
