David Woodland has the story:
An inquest into a crash on the A39 at Cannington in Somerset, which killed four people, has recorded verdicts of accidental death.
It happened last June when two cars collided head-on. A man and a woman died at the scene, and another man and woman died later in hospital. The inquest in Taunton heard that driver error was to blame.
