Today marked 30 years since the end of the war with Argentina over the islands, which sit about 300 miles off the coast of South America.

It has been announced that the Duke of York will be attending a Falklands Memorial service at the Fleet Air Arm church in Yeovilton. Prince Andrew served in the Fleet Air Arm during the war, which came to an end 30 years ago today.
