Among the jubilee beacons lit across the region at 10p.m. last night [Monday] was this one at Twerton Roundhill overlooking Bath.
Around a hundred people gathered to see the bonfire and sing a verse of the National Anthem. Amongst them was our reporter, Bob Constantine.
In the distance, Bob could see the Balloon Glow on Solsbury Hill on the other side of the city... there was even a spectacular moon too!

A Gloucester choirboy will be singing for the Queen today at St Paul's Cathedral in London. Sebastian Ferris - a pupil at Kings School - will perform a piece written for the Jubilee along with 40 other specially selected children.
He was picked from hundreds of applicants who auditioned from around the country.
Six hot air balloons lit up Salisbury Hill tonight for the lighting of the jubilee beacon. A network of beacons across the West were lit to celebrate the Queen's Diamond Jubilee.
The beacon on Durdham Downs in Bristol has been lit to celebrate the Queen's Diamond Jubilee. A large crowd of more than 5,000 gathered to see it.
