Members of the Bath-based Olympic modern pentathlon team speak of their hopes. First is Mhairi Spence, reigning world champion. Samantha Murray won a bronze at the 2012 world championships. Nick Woodbridge is world number five and Sam Weale the only Briton to win a medal at the Europeans.
