Plans to double the number of homes in Frenchay discussed tonight
Plans to almost double the number of homes in a Parish near Bristol will be discussed by residents this evening. North Bristol NHS Trust is downsizing Frenchay Hospital and moving some services to a new 'super hospital' in Southmead in 2014.
There are outline plans to replace hospital buildings with 550 homes.
A public meeting tonight will discuss how it will affect the village.
