Its a cold miserable morning. Outbreaks of rain for most areas...sleet over the Quantocks and the Cotswolds. Dorset and maybe South Wiltshire dry but lacking any brightness. Little warmth as well. Some places no higher than 4 degrees.
Today the weather will be much like it has been over the last few days - wall to wall sunshine from the morning. By the afternoon the temperature will peak again in the high teens possibly 21 degrees locally
Last night's cloud is still very evident throughout the region this morning. Bright spells will be in short supply initially. During the afternoon a change in wind direction from the southeast will pull in much drier air and also break up the cloud.
Another murky morning and most certainly a grey start to the day. By this afternoon we'll lose the murk and gain some brightness as the clouds slowly break and give way to some sunny spells. Pleasant where we do see a little with highs of 14 Celsius.
Last night's rain is still clearing, the back end of it giving a heavy period of wet weather - making the rush hour a little slower. The wind brisk - all of this makes for an unpleasant start. It does get better by the afternoon. The skies turning quite blue late in the day. A touch milder at 12C.
