Incinerator battle goes to Appeal Court

The battle over plans for a waste incinerator in Cornwall has moved back to London today, in front of three judges in the court of appeal. The government wants to overturn a previous ruling that meant it couldn't be built in the village of St Dennis, between Newquay and St Austell.
