Failure by hospital staff may have contributed to teenager's death
A coroner has ruled that a failure by hospital staff to treat a 16 year old girl properly, may have contributed to her death.
Rebecca Broxton was at Flax Bourton Coroner's Court, and reports on the inquest into the death of a 16 year old girl. Diana Moore died at Frenchay Hopital in Bristol six years ago. It's taken until now for her mother to find out exactly what happened.
