Queen arrives in Yeovil on second day of tour

The Queen has arrived in Yeovil on the second day of her visit to the south west as part of her Diamond Jubilee tour.

She met local Brownies lining the route at Nine Springs Country Park.

And the Queen met a police horse named after the last British soldier to survive the trenches of the First World War. Harry Patch was born in Bath and spent his final days in Wells. She was introduced to his namesake and fellow Avon and Somerset Police horse Jubilee during her visit
