Counsell remanded in custody until June
52-year-old Martin Counsell from Cheltenham has appeared before magistrates charged under the Explosives Act.
He was arrested when explosives were found in some garages in the town last week. He's been charged with making an explosive substance for an unlawful purpose.
Counsell was remanded in custody until June 8th when he will appear at Gloucester Crown Court.
