Police arrive at Cheltenham magistrates court

52-year-old Martin Counsell from Cheltenham is due before magistrates charged under the Explosives Act.

He was arrested when explosives were found in some garages in the town last week. He's been charged with making an explosive substance for an unlawful purpose.
