Report: 52 year old remanded in custody

A 52 year old man has been remanded in custody by a court on explosives charges.

It follows an arrest last week after substances were found in garages in Cheltenham.

Hundreds of residents were forced to leave their homes for 36 hours and four controlled explosions were carried out.
