Gloucestershire rower forced to abandon Pacific ocean record attempt

A rower from Gloucestershire has had to abandon his record-breaking attempt to cross the Pacific Ocean. Charlie Martell from Cirencester was caught in a tropical storm 700 miles from the Japanese coast and is now awaiting rescue. Another rower, Sarah Outen, is also waiting to be rescued.
