Judges hear Tony Nicklinson's plea to be helped to die
A man from Wiltshire has taken his fight for the right to die to the High Court. Tony Nicklinson, from Melksham, is paralysed with so-called 'locked-in syndrome'.
In an email to judges he said if a doctor is NOT allowed to help him take his own life, he'll be condemned to a world of increasing misery. His wife said whatever happens, there can be no happy ending. Bob Constantine reports.
