Wiltshire Police are growing increasingly concerned for the welfare of a girl who has gone missing after spending the night at a friend’s house in Swindon. Victoria Wilfort, 15, from Seend Cleeve near Melksham, spent Saturday night at an address in Cheney Manor, Rodbourne.

She was due to be collected yesterday afternoon (Sunday) by her father, but had left during the morning, saying she was going home. Victoria left her mobile phone behind at her friend’s house.

She is described as white, 4ft 11ins, with reddish-brown hair. She was wearing grey skinny jeans, a black Nirvana top and had her hair tied in a high pony tail. She was carrying a dark-coloured rucksack.

Victoria had enough money for a bus fare and set off towards Swindon town centre. Officers have visited the addresses of Victoria’s friends in Swindon and have been checkingCCTV images.
