Memorial for Dylan Cecil on Sunday

A memorial service will be held on Sunday for a young boy who drowned in Burnham-on-Sea.

Police have confirmed that the body washed up near the town's yacht club is that of four-year-old Dylan Cecil. Dylan was on holiday with his family when he slipped from a jetty on Sunday.

The service will be held at St Andrews Church at six o'clock. An inquest will be opened on Tuesday. A minutes silence will also be held at Burnham's annual rescue services day on Sunday at 10am in his memory.


Parents To Remember Dylan

The parents of Dylan Cecil, the little boy who drowned at Burnham-on-Sea, have vowed to return to the town every year to mark the anniversary.
