Trial adjourned due to injury

The trial of a man accused of killing a Wiltshire builder and perverting the course of justice had to be adjourned today (Tues) after a juror injured themselves on the way to court.

51-year-old Richard Elmes, who denies manslaughter, was due to give evidence at Bristol Crown Court.

Cooksey Manslaughter Trial

The trial has begun of a man accused of killing Wiltshire builder Adrian Cooksey. Richard Elmes, who was a friend of Mr Cooksey, denies manslaughter.
