Cheltenham picked up a point at Wycombe, but were unlucky not to get all three.
They fell behind in the third minute when Keith Lowe put the ball into his own net, but dominated the rest of the half.
The deserved equaliser came from the penalty spot after Marlon Pack was fouled in the area. Shaun Harrad stepped up to confidently convert.
Town also had the better of the second half, with sub Jeff Goulding having the best opportunities. He had one effort well saved by Wycombe goalkeeper Nikki Bull, and hit another effort over the bar.
Yeovil Town won for a club record 8th time in a row. Bristol Rovers also won, Cheltenham drew and Bristol City lost in the Severnside derby.
There were wins today for both Bristol clubs and Yeovil Town. Swindon Town could only draw and Cheltenham Town slipped to defeat.
