Freddie Burns' penalty with the last kick of the game saved Gloucester from defeat at Sixways.
After a dull first half, the game came to life in the 65th minute, with Henry Trinder scoring the first try of the afternoon.
The home side were level five minutes later when James Currie crossed the line.
Andy Goode looked to have won the game by kicking a 79th minute penalty.
But with seconds left on the clock, Gloucester were awarded a penalty of their own, and Burns kept his cool earn his side a draw.
