Freddie Burns' penalty with the last kick of the game saved Gloucester from defeat at Sixways.
After a dull first half, the game came to life in the 65th minute, with Henry Trinder scoring the first try of the afternoon.
The home side were level five minutes later when James Currie crossed the line.
Andy Goode looked to have won the game by kicking a 79th minute penalty.
But with seconds left on the clock, Gloucester were awarded a penalty of their own, and Burns kept his cool earn his side a draw.
Yeovil Town won for a club record 8th time in a row. Bristol Rovers also won, Cheltenham drew and Bristol City lost in the Severnside derby.
There were wins today for both Bristol clubs and Yeovil Town. Swindon Town could only draw and Cheltenham Town slipped to defeat.
