Angry health workers in Bristol have been meeting to discuss their response to proposals to change their pay, terms and conditions.

20 health trusts across the South West have joined a consortium which wants to impose local deals. It could mean pay cuts, increased hours and a reduction in annual leave.

Unions say it'll force many workers to quit the NHS or move elsewhere. They say industrial action is a possiblity if the changes are implemented.
