Schoolboy recovering after lightning strike
A schoolboy is recovering in hospital after surviving a direct hit by lightning.
Joe Compton, a pupil at the Dorcan Academy in Swindon, was struck yesterday afternoon. Teachers, staff from a nearby leisure and ambulance crews saved his life after managing to restart his heart.
